Can I track my shipment?
You can find your tracking number and details of your ordered vehicle on the Buyer Portal page. Use this number to track your shipment on the respective courier’s website or through our website. We will promptly update the shipping information to ensure you can always monitor the delivery status of your product.
What if my motorcycle arrives damaged?
If your motorcycle arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@naxeon.us. We will guide you through the process of documenting the damage and arranging for a repair or replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries in the future.
Do you offer shipping for NAXEON?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for all our NAXEON electric motorcycles. We aim to deliver your bike to your doorstep in the shortest time possible.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times, but our shipping carrier will provide an estimated delivery window. You will be notified of the delivery date and time in advance.
Where can I pick up my NAXEON motorcycle?
On the NAXEON checkout page, you can find all our fulfillment centers in the United States. Once you select the store that suits you best, you can pick up your order in-store.
What shipping methods do you use?
NAXEON partners with a highly professional, U.S.-based logistics company to ensure your shipment is delivered safely, promptly, and efficiently. Rest assured, your order is in good hands.
Are there any documents I need to sign during pick-up?
Yes, if you choose to pick up your NAXEON from a fulfillment center, you will need to sign a Pickup Receipt Form as well as a "Safety Training Acknowledgment and Waiver".
What if there are issues with my motorcycle at pick-up?
If there are any issues with your motorcycle at pick-up, please notify the NAXEON Team immediately. They will address the issue and ensure you are satisfied before you leave with your motorcycle.
What should I expect during the pick-up process?
When picking up your vehicle, NAXEON's fulfillment center staff will provide a detailed introduction to NAXEON’s features and riding tips, answer any questions you may have, and assist with the necessary paperwork for registration and licensing.
What do I need to bring to the fulfillment center when picking up my motorcycle?
Please bring a valid ID, a copy of your order confirmation, and any necessary paperwork for titling and registration. If you financed your purchase, bring proof of insurance as well.
How do I schedule a pick-up appointment?
After your order is confirmed and ready for pick-up, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. You can also reach out to the fulfillment center directly to arrange a convenient time.
Can l pick up my NAXEON instead of shipping?
NAXEON has several fulfillment centers across the United States. Check out the order page to see where you can choose to pick up your NAXEON in person. Choose the center that works best for you and get ready to hit the road!
How do I prepare for the delivery of my motorcycle?
Ensure there is enough space for the delivery truck to access your property and unload the motorcycle safely. Be prepared to inspect the motorcycle upon delivery for any visible damage.
Will l need to assemble my NAXEON?
Your NAXEON will arrive fully assembled and ready to roll, neatly packed on its own pallet. Just top off the battery and you’re set for your first ride. You might need to screw on a rear fender, and the rearview mirrors also need to be installed, you will be guided by NAXEON APP ("Help center---Vehicle guide")
Before you hit the road, make sure to connect your app to activate your warranty and tap into NAXEON Cloud services. Enjoy the ride!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
What should I do if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your motorcycle from a local facility. Please note that the shipping carrier will charge a fee for redelivery, and the fee will be determined by the shipping carrier’s standard rates.
How long does it take to ship my order?
When you order online, you can choose to have your NAXEON delivered right to your door or pick it up at a nearby fulfillment center. Once your order is in, we’ll get started on assigning your NAXEON right away. Delivery times vary depending on the stock of your chosen model, ranging from 5 to 40 days. The estimated delivery period given at checkout page will give you a solid idea of when you can expect your ride to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from $399 to $499, depending on where you live, as determined by our shipping partner. This fee covers all aspects of shipping, including the pallet, handling, line haul from California, road tolls (where applicable), and in-person delivery. Please note that these charges are set by our specialized motorcycle shipping partner, and NAXEON does not profit from shipping costs.
